Limited spots are available for this exclusive behind the scenes tour.
With completion scheduled for late 2024, this is your only opportunity to view the groundworks, cofferdam and civil works!
Earlier this year, one of the most exciting, unique, and highly technical elements of the new Sydney Fish Market was completed when the cofferdam was successfully drained.
After extensive planning and preparation, approximately 100 million litres of water (equivalent to 40 Olympic swimming pools) were safely pumped to drain the cofferdam to a level around 4 metres below sea level.
Construction has now started on the basement level, which will sit entirely within the cofferdam.
