Participants build on existing skillsets to develop an understanding of advanced techniques. With a particular focus on framing project decisions in the language and perspectives of Project Leaders.
Project Cost 1 (T0023)
Estimation and Control
A practical focus on understanding the tools and techniques used to build and control a project's cost and price. Content covers how cost and price is constructed from the contract, and then managed through project delivery.

Economics and Finance
Develop an in-depth understanding of how to financially analyse a project. From economic metrics (including NPV & ROI), sensitivity analysis, through to governance, gating and budget approvals.
Project Variation Control 1 (T0025)
The Fundamentals
Expand your contractual understanding to recognise the agreed scope of works, along with variations. A focus on record keeping, preparation and submission of variation claims in accordance with the contract.
Project Variation Control 2 (T0026)
Extension Module
Advanced contractual knowledge around variation claims considering contract types, entitlement pathways, and notification requirements. Explore dispute resolution options and acquire skills in negotiation strategies.
